Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@luxandmiles.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to process your request before your order is shipped.

  • Within the first 48 hours after placing your order: you will receive a 100% refund.

  • After 48 hours, or if your item has already been dispatched from our factory but not yet boarded for shipment, you will receive an 85% refund.

  • If your item has already been boarded for international shipment, the order can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our Return Policy outlined below.

Please note that all Lux & Miles equipment is made to order, and production begins shortly after purchase confirmation.

Return Policy

All Lux & Miles equipment is manufactured with great care and precision using high-quality materials. As each product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds once production has commenced or the order has shipped.

We encourage customers to contact us before purchase if they have any questions about specifications, dimensions, or compatibility.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. All damage or warranty claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for assistance.

Please note:
Lux & Miles does not accept returns for Pilates reformers, Cadillacs, or other large studio equipment due to the custom-built nature of these items.

Damage & Warranty Claims

If your item arrives damaged, or you experience an issue covered under warranty, please email us at contact@luxandmiles.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Our support team will contact you promptly to assess and resolve the situation.

Depending on the nature of the claim, we will either:

  • Send replacement parts or materials; or

  • Provide an appropriate repair or service solution under the terms of your warranty.

All warranty and damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring your Lux & Miles equipment performs safely and as intended.
