Shipping timelines for Pilates Equipment and Saunas by country:
Australia: 2-10 working days delivery (In-stock, dispatched from Australia)
United Kingdom: 25-45 working days delivery (Made-to-order)
United States: 30-50 working days delivery (Made-to-order)
Lux & Miles only offers curbside shipping (only depot delivery pick-up options are available for some areas, please email us for details). The truck driver will pull up as close to your entrance as possible. This shipping service includes unloading the product. The product will be packed in the wooden case. Please note that you are responsible for transporting the product to your premises, unpacking, installing and disposing the packaging of the product. Therefore, please ensure you have someone and equipment (such as pallet jack, furniture mover) to assist you through this process especially for large equipment (reformers) purchasers.
Please note that only depot delivery option will be available for some areas. Please contact us to find it out.

White Glove Service: Pilates Equipment Unpacking & Assembly Service
This service is optional and scheduled separately, after standard curbside delivery.
[Regular price:
AU - $490 for first hour and $190 per hour for following hours.
UK - £180 for first hour and £50 per hour for following hours.
US - $200 for first hour and $80 per hour for following hours.]
The service includes:
- Carrying of the equipment to the setup location.
- Opening of the wooden shipping crate.
- Unpacking of the equipment.
- Equipment assembly.
- Removing packing materials and disposal into your garbage bin.
- (The service does not include cleaning)
