Shipping Service

Lux & Miles offers door-to-door (curbside [as close to your entrance or garage as possible]) shipping. Once your order is placed, the product will be delivered to you within 6 ~ 12 weeks. The product will be packed extra-firmly in the wooden case. You are responsible for transporting the product to your premise, unpacking, installing and disposing the packaging of the product. Please ensure you have someone to assist you through this process.



Made to Order

All Lux & Miles equipment is made to order to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece is built, inspected, and carefully prepared before shipping. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Once complete, your order will be securely packed and dispatched, with tracking details provided as soon as it leaves our facility.


Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-8 weeks

  • United States & Canada: 6-8 weeks

  • Europe: 6-9 weeks

  • Asia: 5-8 weeks

  • Rest of the World: 6-9 weeks

All shipments are fully insured until they reach you. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs processing or local courier schedules.


Curbside Delivery (Included with All Orders)

All Lux & Miles equipment is delivered via curbside delivery, included free with every order. Your shipment will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point outside your property — such as your driveway, loading dock, or building entrance.
Please note that couriers are not able to bring items indoors, upstairs, or perform assembly under the standard delivery option. This service is ideal for customers who have ground-level access or studio facilities ready to receive large freight.


Depot Collection for Remote or Regional Areas

For customers located in remote or regional areas where home delivery is not available, we offer free delivery to the nearest freight depot. Once your order arrives, the local depot will contact you directly to arrange collection. Our logistics team will assist you in identifying the most convenient depot and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.


White Glove Delivery Service (Optional Upgrade)

For a seamless and premium experience, Lux & Miles offers an optional White Glove Delivery Service in select regions. This service includes delivery directly into your home or studio, professional assembly of your equipment, and removal of all packaging materials.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

While shipping is complimentary, import duties or taxes may apply in some countries. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
